it was pretty well done (I am a bit squeamish if it is pink boxed ) with some roast vegies. It had been marinated in like a spicy plum sauce, so yum!

I am not a big fan, the meat is really tender but rather bland. Needs a good marinade or sauce.

but nice touch by hubby!!

definitely not like pork, much leaner than beef. but different again in texture than venison, it is really soft and tender when cooked right.

I just saw the other thread about the seafood drama now, so I am just happy that he made up for it touched hug.
