Thanks everyone.
My apologies if anyone's confused or I misled anyone. We've just referred to each other as wife and husband for a long time now (been together 6 years) and it always made sense online to make things straightforward. I believe we're soulmates and honestly would have been happy to marry years ago, but we've only now gotten round to it. Feels right now as Mon's been to the UK and spent time with my family and so we're now thinking about the ceremony and when my family can come out here. That'll likely be many months from now, but as of Monday we'll be legally married.
I'll probably have a few beers.  | |
