last night we had chicken fajitas and tortilla chips, with some grapes for a healthy fruit/veggie. of course, the fajitas had veggies in them.... beans, corn, peppers.

tonight it will be angel hair pasta with sauteed mushroom alfredo sauce. i can't wait to get home and start cooking!! maybe i'll do chicken breast too.... oooo that'd be yummy!

i'm hungry. maybe i should go eat lunch.

I'm with you on the seafood. It's some of the most disgusting food people love to eat. I like fish, but not much else. To me, crab, prawns, crawfish, lobster, shrimp are all like big bugs. Calimari & octopus are like alien tentacles. Oysters are even worse.

I like fried oysters and oyster stew. My grandma used to make the best oyster stew. Never tried octopus.....I'm sure it's just like calamari though. Fried calamari is alright.....if I could the thought of squid out of my head.

It's not the food, it's me. There's no real inherant reason eating one kind of flesh is more gross than another.

Some pieces do look like tentacles. I close my eyes when I eat those. But the bigger pieces just look like rubber rings.

I have tried pickled octopus, and that was really nice and soft! and BBQ baby ones so they are crunchy and not rubbery, but oysters and all shellfish and creepy crawlies
