I didn't get dinner last night, either -- I got my hair done after work. I picked up a latte on the way and that was it! We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.

when I cook yes, I decide and I can make anything I damn well please but I do make sure to cater to all tastes, even if that means some of the smaller ones have toasted sandwiches. But tonight was the master's turn, he offered to cook, but he made ONLY seafood, and he KNOWS I hate that stuff That is horrible! I haven't eaten some of my top dishes at home in years so that my wife and I can eat togther (she can be a bit fussy with sweet and savoury). If I were you next time it's your turn pick something he hates Happy is he who finds out the causes for things.Virgil (70-19 BC). Virgil was such a lying bastard!

I used to have very picky tastes, and my mom would always make sure there was something I liked at dinner, even if it was just rolls.
I'm with you on the seafood. It's some of the most disgusting food people love to eat. I like fish, but not much else. To me, crab, prawns, crawfish, lobster, shrimp are all like big bugs. Calimari & octopus are like alien tentacles. Oysters are even worse. [Edited 4/26/07 11:00am] My Legacy

Lobster and crab I'm not big on because it's so much trouble to eat, cracking open those shells. But damn, fried calimari tastes good. (What doesn't taste good fried?) I had it for dinner just a few days ago.

I'm sure they all taste fine. It's either the visual or textural aspect that grosses me out. I ate escargo once and it was delicious, but I felt sick thinking about eating another. It's not the food, it's me. There's no real inherant reason eating one kind of flesh is more gross than another. My Legacy
