 I feel tired and a bit sleepy.I really like spicy food. I mostly put Jalapenos on a lot of my food.

I feel good cos I went to my first training session @ the physiotherapist today, but sore as hell cos I did.  I feel better about myself now that spring is here, always do and I'm losing weight so that's good too. But... I have a headache and my neck hurts...so what else is new. | |

i feel a little jacked up right this moment. i just got back home from my first workout since coming down with food poisoning over a week ago, and my body is thanking me profusely right now.
as far as how i feel emotionally/mentally, i'm feeling a little manic/bi-polar-ish. i'm very happy about certain things, a bit angry about other things, and just kinda plussed and non-plussed about a whole bunch of other stuff. welcome to anxland.  | |
