"Yucca fries" are a modern twist on an ancient vegetable. Just so-so IMO.
There's nothing like Cuban Yucca-con-mojo.
Too bad you can't try it with pernil (roast pork...you're vegan right?) but do try the arroz con gris (white rice with black beans) and report back to us.

Yeah, once I think that I overcooked a boiled egg.
The yolk was almost "powdery".
