"Yucca fries" are a modern twist on an ancient vegetable. Just so-so IMO. There's nothing like Cuban Yucca-con-mojo. Too bad you can't try it with pernil (roast pork...you're vegan right?) but do try the arroz con gris (white rice with black beans) and report back to us.
