just lost my appetite a co-worker just recieved a "Diaper Cake" 
nothing against babies,.....but the two words shouldn't go togehter 
It's cute though

anyone ever heard of this? Yes. My mom makes real cute ones with cloth diapers, and they are not used ones either
And she sticks little baby socks in there and pacifiers and other baby stuff, like bottles..etc...and then wraps it in that clear easter basket looking paper and puts it on a pretend cake plate with ribbons and stuff. They are real cute.  | |
