Everyone knows my story.....i came here first in 2000 when my sis used to post a bit in P+R....that was in the days when there was no "cooling off period" and you could post straight away. She was working for me and on her lunch break got in to an argument in P+R and yelled for backup. So i joined and steamed in.
She left, I stayed. Deleted my account once when i have around 10,000 posts and left for 4 months.
There are too many people here that i love and really care about. Real friends and people who mean more than words behind a screen. People i talk to by phone or IM daily and other i stay in touch with more sporadically. This place is like a family in some ways....or at least a group of good friends so i stayed. Truth be told i love his work but am not the biggest FAM and Gooey will tell you from the falling asleep incident.

I just love many here and it keeps me laughing.

I have had my bad times too but that is life and we live and learn....plus i like ragging on Dan....its like punching a 4 year old...you know you should not do it but its fun anyway

I owe Liberation money and a few girls a peck on the cheek.

I am here because I like the fact that we all have something in common. My love for music and P are not shared by anyone I know so its nice to have people here who agree. I must admit that the place has changed though, there were, and still are, a TON of people who knew sooooo much and posted the most amazing threads, that I learned a lot of things about our man that I never knew before. I really like the positive people here and learning about the influence P has had in others' lives besides my own. I was never into Housequake except to watch videos....I don't know why

That is a serious question I have been dwelling hard on since I got back from the Ocean ...

Although it's been almost a year since I was a regular in P:M&M.

Prince is what brought me here but now it's more about all you guys here in GD that are so interesting. I'm addicted, I get to work and I want to log on and see that is going on here instead of working. I try and start working and a few minutes into it I have to log on again, it's bad but so much fun. Like I said you guys are just way too interesting, I just want to read all you guys have to say

Initially I signed on due to the fact that others and I share a common interest -PRINCE-, but I was also hoping to develop some friendships too, which I have failed miserably at!!

Honestly?

Habit now, more than anything. And a laugh now and again. Those I am closest to, I have ways to contact outside of here.

I have a feeling my time here will begin to dwindle soon. But that's not saying much, I suppose. I'm here a LOT lately.

Im here because most of the people here are like family to me.
