this is a north easter right? where did it come from?

I read it was the most rain in like 14 years.
Don't know much about it except what's been in the news. storm

alright, maybe this makes me a paranoid li**ral but i am so worried about global warming right now, and have noticed how out of whack the weather has been here. two nearly snowless winters, except one big storm each year, record snowfall (29 inches in one day last winter), record rainfall today which is going into tomorrow with non-stop rain, WAY hot summer with record heat waves (i think)
