I think it is your body and as long as you are not hurting yourself or anyone else then it is all good- as long as you are happy with it then no one else really matters.
Though I guess we all know that if you post some thing here on the org then you will get some opinions- whether you like them or agree with them we are all free to post pretty much any thing we want to here - it is a forum.

I can understand wanting to share your ink - being happy and proud of them.
I love mine though I do not have to look at mine as much as my partner does

I agree with all those who say not to put names of people who aren't your immediate family members on your body, but I also agree with whoever made the statement about whether or not you stay with your husband/wife til death, they were still a huge part of your life and gave you happiness and love at some point, so why would you want to erase that feeling. Tattoos are just like pictures for me. Memories that you can look at and reminisce about that moment in your life that brought you joy; but unlike photos, tattoos can't get lost or misplaced, so for me they're better than pictures. I'm torn. Personally, I would never put any guy's name on my body unless I decided to have a child and it was a boy. If Most wants to memorialize important people in her life by getting them inked onto her body, than that's her choice and I'm not going to dog her for it. Besides, there's always lasers that can remove them if the situation changes. Tattoos really aren't permanent anymore, now branding is a totally different story. If you had someone's name branded on you, the only thing that could probably fix that is skin grafting. Congrats, Most on finding someone that makes you happy and having a sister that you cherish. I have 6 tattoos, but the only name on two of them is my own in chinese characters. Personally, I prefer picture tats to name tats because they tell more of a story, but that's just my

Oh man, I'm tellin' ya.....sometimes it sucks to have a life..... Due to my hockey game this afternoon, the exceptional good weather for April in the Netherlands, and the cold beers with the guys after the game, I missed out on all the hot fuss on this thread.....
