I've never worked out at a gym or with a personal trainer ever, yet I was somehow asked to be in a workout video (I'm the one on the left, with the braid). I just never thought that would happen as I'm very body conscious, I had to do all the reheasing on my own, had to fly alone, and I had to be on camera (gulp!) - all things that terrified me. But the experience totally rocked, and I met some absolutely wonderful people!!!
