more importantly... do you eat the skin?

Oooh, I love the skin. On my baked potato I usually put sour cream, but I'm not real picky. Melted butter, bacon bits, chives, just about anything is good on it. drool
RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you.

Crispy is great...but, I eat it all the time...

...Everyone washes their potatoes before cooking, right?

And, off topic, but I love the skins in mashed potatoes, and potato salad too. I like the taste, and I know the recipe has real potatoes in it with that earthy flavor. smile

I can no longer use table salt- I love Maldon's sea salt. Nothing like some good sea salt.
I just rubbed some one the outside of my potato that will soon be baked.
