Okay, let's get down to business. What do you like on your baked potato? I'm trying to figure out what kind of a baked potato person I am. I usually just go with butter and/or sour cream, but I feel it's time to branch out.

i just discovered the instant baked potato. it's total bachelor pad cooking. it's wrapped in plastic and you throw it in the microwave for 8 minutes and then it's done. it's probably dipped in plutonium or something, but oh well. it's fast and one tater fills me up for the night. i'm thinking i may want to top it with broc or cauliflower so it's not as much of a starch fiesta. | |

My mother used to make them quickly by poking holes in it with a fork, microwaving for a short time, then wrapping them in tin foil when they came out. They seriously continued cooking for several minutes after. |
