Nausea...since Tuesday...update if you care As some of you know, a few weeks ago my back and neck completely broke down, probably because of the weight of my excessive boobage. I got tylenol and naproxen from the doctor but it didn't help, so Tuesday I got a new one called dexofen. One possible side effect of this medicine is nausea and boom, I got it. So, I've been pretty much constantly nauseous since Tuesday and it's REALLY starting to get to me. Hoping it passes soon like most side effects do, but I can't really go without it either cos then the pain's so bad I can't stand it.
I'm going to try and get a breast reduction through common healthcare, but I'm also going to a physiotherapist to get an exercise programme to strengthen my back and neck muscles. Then I might be able to stay off the pain meds entirely There, gripe over. Move on. Update Tuesday April 17th: Saw a physiotherapist for the first time yesterday and found out that a) my posture sucks, b)my breast muscles are too short and c)it's probably mostly because of stress/tension, meaning that the boob size might be secondary but of course it doesn't help. So I'm going to see her twice a week and get exercises and training as well as stretching/massage. She stretched and massaged me yesterday and it HURT but it's all good, it's what I need. So I should get progressively better Ouch, that hurt. [Edited 4/17/07 3:50am]

I hate nausea there is nothing worse than feeling sick, let alone all the time. I would take actual pain over that I think. Rock n roll baby

OMG you poor thing
try sipping peppermint tea (hope that hasn't made you feel nauseous) and contact your doc incase there is an alternative you can take.

I tried but after a couple weeks of constant pain I HAD TO take the med... I agree about it being the worst, this shit is even worse cos since it's not "real" nausea ie for a physical problem, I get hungry too even though I wanna throw up at the same time.

how long is the waiting list for the breast reduction surgery? i have been ill for the last couple of weeks now, and drank half a bottle of covonia cough syrup in one swig last week not realising that its mostly sugar, within half an hour, i was so nauseous it was untrue. so i feel you, for real... nothing worse than feeling all dizzy with your stomach churning ready to heave. are you ready for submission

Thanks for the tip about the tea, will go check it out but I do get even more nauseous when I eat or drink though I have to do it. No alternative I'm afraid, already tried the others

I know you are poorly darling and I wish I could be there to take care of you and make you laugh and feel better.
My friend Shirley had massive boobs, but she didnt parade them .. they were so heavy she walked with a stoop, and caused her great back problems.. they weight was curving her spine.. plus she thought she was always fat cos she would wear baggy tops,, but she did get a breast reduction and is so pleased she had it done.. she is like a new person and she looks great.. they arent tiny.. just a decent more comfortable size.. I will love you forever and you will never be forgotten - L.A.F.

I've screwed myself up real good. My back is jacked up in at least three places (conveniently on top, in the middle, and in the lower), and I've also got these fucked up pains in my groin and hip. Doctors can't figure it out after ultrasounds, CT scans. I'm like "Hey! Check my back!" These are Stanford doctors too. Looks like you are getting the help that you need. It sucks, I know.

That sucks.
Weed. Seriously. Not much is better for nausea. It's a partial opiate antagonist too. . . it helps with pain. [Edited 4/13/07 9:45am] oh noes, prince is gonna soo me!!1!
