Georgia Woman: Chris Rock Fathered My Baby

STATESBORO, Ga. -- A woman has filed court papers claiming comedian Chris Rock is the father of a child she had 13 years ago.

In the claim, filed last month in Bulloch County, Kali Bowyer says she and Rock had a child in March 1994.

Bowyer is asking for child support, medical coverage and attorney fees, according to the Statesboro Herald.

Bulloch County Clerk of Court Sherri Akins said she is not sure if Bulloch County has jurisdiction over the case and therefore, a date has not been set for a hearing. She did say Bowyer has indicated an attorney is going to file a motion to determine if the Bulloch County court can hear the case.

If that motion is filed within the next few days, Akins said the jurisdiction issue could be settled at a hearing in May.

why do they have to go public with crap like this?? if it's true, then contact him in private and say "hey, i really think this is your child. would you do a paternity test to prove or disprove it?" it doesn't have to be a publicity stunt.

now, if the potential father is an asshole about it, that might change things.
