This is from Omkara, an adaptation of Othello. That guy at the beginning is the Cassio character, the woman is Bipasha Basu, she plays the Bianca role, and the hard looking guy is Iago, played by Saif Ali Khan, who was GREAT in this movie.

Kareena Kapoor plays Desdemona (aka Dolly )

This is actually the corniest scene in the movie, which largely eschews the big production numbers, but I like the music anyway.

The title song is really good.
