For fat loss, mix up your cardio routine with interval training....menshealth.com has some pretty good routines up on their site...

to maintain the muscle, increase your protein intake (chicken, fish, lean meat if you're not vegan), eliminate whatever sugars you haven't already and spice up your workout routine....if you're doing flat bench press, use dumbbells....change the order of your exercises or even the days that you do them...the key is to keep your body in an anabolic (muscle building) state...and the best way to do that is to keep it guessing....

Yeah.

I woke up fat.

Over the past 1 1/2 years I've been trying to "bulk up" on muscle, sort of like a JoeyCoco thing.

The problem is that for every pound of muscle I gain, I gained a pound of fat with it.

I've gone from a 33 inch waist to 36, at 220 some odd pounds. And though I'm slowly losing the fat again, I'm scared that I'll lose the muscle along with it. So I'm trying not to lose it quickly. This shit is tricky.

Does anyone know how I can lose the fat without losing so much muscle? I don't want to go back to were I was 2 years ago, were I was thin/medium, but with a so-so frame. I want a muscular, butch ass frame.


Oy. My body is a premadonna. I really need to figure out how this shit works and nip it in the bud.

reminds me of my first job and no i didnt look like cartman but my boss ordered me to lose a stone in weight in a month or I would be fired, and he would come down at lunch time and monitored what I ate.. he was a fucking bully..
