Richard's right, this shit fucking sucks. OK, now imagine going through this fourteen times!. I had recurring apendicitis for five years and was misdiagnosed each time. When I had my surgery they said everything about it shouted apendicitis but that recurring apendicitis is very rare and that none of the doctors had ever seen a case. Wouldn't you know it? I'm so fucking special even my aflictions are rare!
I suffered incredibly over that 5 years. My stomach was always a wreck, I was so sick I was convinced I was dying and I developed a culture of death in my head. Honestly I didn't expect to live to see 30. I became resigned to that because of going to the doctors multiple times and being told there was nothing wrong with me.  At the end I was havign major scary panic attacks about 4 to 5 times a week. These would be so bad my arms would go numb and I felt like I was having a heart attack, could not breathe and like I was about to die. I asked the doctor if apendicitis would cause panic attacks and he said it would have nothing to do with them. I had four panic attacks before my surgery. In the year after my surgery I had a total of three.
Girfriend, I know exactly what you are going through It takes about a month before you're up and around and for me it was about a year before I stopped feeling major shocks of pain when I would twist, turn or bend the wrong way. You'll get to know what you can and can't do, just don't push it.

I went in to have the stitches removed and when they ripped the tape off, yes they ripped it  .... when they ripped the tape off there were no stiches  They sealed it up with that super sticky tape and you can see how the scar healed.
