Doesn't sound weird to me, I have a total phobia of hurl I haven't done it since before I was a teen, I can't stand to hear/see/smell other people do it. It's just about the grossest thing to me. And if I know where it has happened, I have a really hard time using that restroom for days after... Me too, on all that including the not having done it since before I was a teenager. I think I was ten or eleven but I don't remember. It's so gross.... HE'S COMING AGAIN

Spiders and heights.
Heights are just scary because you can fall down and die. Spiders are sacry because they come from the devil and teal your soul while you sleep. The thing about heights is that I'm not scared of being on a plane and I actually like sitting by the window.

that's where the spiders get in, you know. there are no spiders on planes! they can't survive that high up AND when the plane is on the ground, it's not close enough to nature for the spider to get to it. so there! I can sit near the window all i want.

I'm afraid of insects, especially bees and spiders. It's SO RETARDED and I hate it.
Especially because I like being outdoors. I was kayaking on Friday and this bee came up to me. . .I could have easily flipped my boat trying to duck away from it and pissing it off by trying to whack it with my paddle , but that water was COLD and I wasn't wearing a wetsuit, so I made myself take a deep breath and deal with it. I still believe that it's likely my death will be caused by a bee or a spider surprising me while I'm driving and causing a giant wreck. oh noes, prince is gonna soo me!!1!

I still believe that it's likely my death will be caused by a bee or a spider surprising me while I'm driving and causing a giant wreck. That almost happened to me!! A spider was somehow behind the glass on the speedometer in my car. It crawled out WHILE I was speeding down the freeway. I seriously paniced. I'm really lucky I didn't die. |
- E-mail - orgNote - Report post to moderator |
It happend to me too, but I didn't panic.
He crawled from behind the seat and fell into the back of my head. I simply grabbed it and threw it out. Now, the most FAMOUS spider in this territory where I live in is called a "camel spider", mind you scorpios fear those spiders. This what a camel spider bite look like.. A lil' myth about 'em.. Solifugae are the subject of many myths and exaggerations about their size, speed, behavior, appetite, and lethality. They are not especially large, the biggest having a legspan of perhaps 12 cm. They are fast on land compared to other invertebrates, the fastest can run perhaps 10 miles per hour (16 km/h), about as fast as a human sprinting. Members of this order of Arachnida apparently have no venom, with the possible exception of one species in India (see below) and do not spin webs. In the Middle East, it was once rumored among American and coalition military forces stationed there that Solifugae will feed on living human flesh. The story goes that the creature will inject some anaesthetizing venom into the exposed skin of its sleeping victim, then feed voraciously, leaving the victim to awaken with a gaping wound. Solifugae, however, do not produce such an anaesthetic, and they do not attack prey larger than themselves unless threatened. Other stories include tales of them leaping into the air, disemboweling camels, eerie hissing, screaming, and running alongside humvees; all of these tales are false, apparently told to new recruits in order to frighten them, to the amusement of the veterans. Online videos indicate that U.S. Marines sometimes place camel spiders in a ring with scorpions to watch them fight. Due to their bizarre appearance many people are startled or even afraid of them. However, the greatest threat they pose to humans is their bite in self-defense when one tries to handle them. There is no chance of death directly caused by the bite, but, due to the strong muscles of their chelicerae, they can produce a proportionately large, ragged wound which is prone to infection. I too heard about folks camping in the desert nearby, and waking up in the morning to see some flesh from their stomach missing with blood gushing everywhere. But its true that they eat the flesh of the camels,,,they're a BIG problem for camel owners across the country and every 6 months they create a new method or poison to fight them.

But I refuse to stick my hand in a glass to clean the inside of it...but that's just because I once had a glass shatter when I was washing it and it ripped my hand open.

Claustrophobia, I can't stand cramped or small spaces I get sever panic attacks and freak out. And water, I can't believe I forgot about that one, I took swimming lessons for three solid summers and can't swim a lick for my fear of drowning. [Edited 4/9/07 12:38pm]
