They say since there is a lack of evidence, I dont need a public defender. The case will be discharged. I need to get a lawyer, I need to get help..... Say it's just a dream...

case was thrown out of court. I need to file a civil suite to get my money back. Restraining order still stands.....WHO CARES !!!  Say it's just a dream...

Since legal aide and self help helped him, I cannot get any free or reduce fee aide. I have to find a private attorney and start the process. Oh well, I gotta do what I have to do Say it's just a dream...

Just spoke with a lawyer, my best bet is to not file for anything. Just walk away. I will spend more money than I will ever get back.....Im jsut going to drop this. At least I know I will not be going to jail Say it's just a dream...
