Update:
He says his friend dropped him off without any scratches on his face. His friend will testify to this. No one saw his friend drop him off. His friend is going to testify on his behalf. Im being told by several people to plead guilty, I will get less of a sentence.....I WILL NOT PLEAD GUILTY, but I dont want to go back to jail Say it's just a dream...

He said he was going to try to get me for whatever he could. he has domestic priors as well as drug abuse priors. I have a clean record until now.....

He went to court this morning. I called the public defenders office and they said the case has been "REJECTED". They said the case will probably be dismissed. I dont know all the details, but she said I still need to show up in court. Say it's just a dream...

If his name is not on the account linked to it and he used the card without your permission, that is theft by fraud.
