Ok forgive me I'm going to get mushy... this is probably going to be the last time I get to properly say this before I leave, so here goes

I wanted to thank those of you who I've gotten to know and who have helped make my time here in the UK one I will never, ever forget (and yes I know those are two big words I do not often use)

I arrived in May 2005 and from when I first got over here I was shown kindness and friendship... that Saturday night so long ago now meeting Toni, Simon, Ben, Nicole, Steve and Paola (that was the night you two told us you were pregnant with Leo ) was one of those 'important' nights in your life, you know? one that you look back on for years and years and go 'wow I wish I could relive that'

a few days later, I went to stay with Ellie for the first time and Toni joined us... I've never been picked on (good-naturedly) so much in my whole life and we had such a great few days. who'd have seen all the changes life has taken for all 3 of us, huh hon?

Not too long after that, with Nicole, I met someone I'd been waiting to meet for a looooong time, my dear friend dre. Instantly he was in my heart and the rest, as they say, is history... I love you both dearly and time nor distance will ever change that

In August 2005 I went to Amsterdam for the first time and I cannot put into words how important that weekend was to me, as with every other time I've been over but that one in particular. our Dutch friends are just so, so special to me - Marion, Tim, Petra, Herman, Lars, Whateva and Alf, the amazing Jurgen, Lily... you are in my heart ALWAYS ok? don't forget that

In October 2005 was another one of those unforgettable weekends - London Prince Party. I met two of my favourite people in the whole entire world that night, Alun and Alice. that weekend, omg... so much to say but keep unsaid at the same time and you know I love you both dearly beyond words

There are many other wonderful people I've been lucky enough to meet and the best of times I've been lucky enough to share... I've been shown so many of the most beautiful areas of the UK there's no way I'm going to narrow it down to a favourite although in England my heart does reside in Yorkshire, that I have to say.

there is SO much more I want to say but that's better said privately... I just wanted to take this opportunity to say one huge, massive THANK YOU for all those who have taken me into their homes and lives and made my time here nothing short of magical.

I can't believe your time is already up. I remember when you were still making plans to go!!

We had some great times.. dayum, I remember that first night, it was fun.. can you remember the really cool restaurant we went to and had tapas? I must remember to go there again

You have so many wonderful memories to take back with you Natisse, but more importantly you have left us with so many beautiful cherished memories of yourself - what a beautiful gift.
