Family - love 'em or leave 'em......

The adage "You can chose your friends but not your family" - I love my family don't get me wrong but they drive me MAD!!

My Mother just spends money like its no tomorrow and expects us to bail her out! My sister bought her a house to live in so she wouldn't have to pay rent and now she's run up a couple of credit cards and is asking us for money to pay for them!! Talk about guilt trip....My Father just lets her get on with it because he is battling cancer at the moment. My son in law who is 26 is dying of cancer and I have to cope with my daughter (poor thing). My sisters have trouble with their kids and it just goes on and on and on.....

Anyone else got probs....?

Its amazing what secrets a family hides. They seem to come out when there is a funeral funny enough...

We all have family problems, that's for sure. I have a sister in law from hell. We call her the wicked witch of the east. I can not stand her and she's a terrible wife and mother. As far as bailing your family out of financial trouble, forget about it. They're on their own and if you keep bailing them out, they will never change.

I won the family lottery. Almost entirely loving, supportive, and functional bunch. I have no substantial complaints.

Can ANYbody else say that? I know so few people who haven't been fucked the hell up by their families. . . confused
