To make it harder, barely touch the floor with your feet while doing as many reps as you can.

Stay in thsi position for as long as you can and keep your abs pulled in. If you're doing it right, you WILL feel it.

One cheat day is fine - Sunday is mine. You don't need to do additional exercise if you're mostly good during the rest of the week.

Confession thread ok I have not been eating well this past week and I felt dizzy this morning.

i love to swim too. and as much as i've gained weight back in the right swimsuit i think my body looks nice for a size 16 biggrin the pool i go to is the main diving/swimming competition pool so there are always parents waiting in the bleachers. the men stare... and i can't help but think "yeah, that's right... these are TITTIES" mr.green

I think I may have an unhealthy body image too, and I'm a guy. I'm thin,but I see the little bit of fat and I'm embarassed of it at times. I feel like I need to lose it. I'm not underweight (or overweight), but I think that's maybe how it starts. You don't feel fat, but you see that you have fat.

yeah we've talked about similar stuff. It's actually hard when your really thin because you notice the 10 pounds even easier. Also I think "I could look really good if only I lost this bit of fat. I see the flaw rather than the bigger picture.

It's probably the same for you, since I'm sure you would shine in the hot tub lol
