I've read the Hours and saw the movie too. Enjoyed the book very much. I read all the time. I couldn't live without it. I know that's overly dramatic, but I really feel that way. It's something that I truly enjoy. | |

The Color Purple Sophie's Choice Love in the Time of Cholera Roots The Sun Also Rises I have read all of these at least 3 times. Fantastic!! I love Marquez; need to take Cholera for another spin. A couple weeks ago, I had 2 consecutive nights where I woke up at 2AM & couldn't get back to sleep until 4...his Memoirs of My Melancholy Whores got me through a rough patch. It's a slight novelette, but beautiful. "I got the devil in me, girl." - 'John the Baptist', Afghan Whigs

It's not a book but I like the story The Minister's Black Veil by Nathaniel Hawthorne. I really like spicy food. I mostly put Jalapenos on a lot of my food.
