WHOOPSIE DAISY..

Lets not sell that.. no no no!

How many of you have cherished toys, antiques, stuff you have just kept for ever and ever and not realised the real value it has held?

OR you got rid of old toys, valuables, only to find they are worth BIG monery now?

Are you holding onto something special now. in the hope that it will be colllectable in years to come????

Sure, spill.. nod
if sexy was a colour it would be red batting eyes

I know I have records worth something.

I used to have the original Micronaut Toys that I collected. Of course I didn't take them with me when I moved out. Got sold in a garage sale. I am even sure they were worth money then, but my dad had no idea. I used to have this game Dark Tower. Costs 200 bucks now. GONE!

check ebay. you'll be SHOCKED! Things like the Hornet or the bigger sets like micronaut city are really expensive.

Star Wars Stuff, now I mean old school 1970 stuff!

Some of the individual figures go for a few quid now. They are all in the loft at home somewhere, hundreds of the little buggers.

Never sell em though, they mean to much to me.

lots of records, only annoyed at both parents for the ones they "misplaced" over the years.

Like the very first 7" release of Please Please Me, by the Beatles. Its only worth, oh about 2 grand.

i still have my original teddybear redface i think some of the pulp fiction i collect is valuable, and i know some of my uncle's old postcards are valuable, like pictures of waikiki beach before it was developed, and likewise hong kong back in the 1950s....

thing is, if i keep something around a long time it's because i like it so value doesn't mean anything. i'd never sell shrug

Annoyingly my Mum and Dad gave them away to a childrenĀ“s home. I had loads too. Although I kept losing the little light sabres down the plug hole when I had a bath!
