I mean, I love Discovery Channel and Food Network and all that, but if I said I watch television PRIMARILY to be educated and not entertained, I would fully expect to be hit by lightning in my asscrack post haste.

I do love nature programmes and documentaries, so I guess they are more educational than say junk reality tv and shit that is purely *supposed to be* entertainment..

I hardly watch any tv these days - only the programmes I make a point of viewing - but they're usually crappy things. Big Brother, Deal Or No Deal (my new obsession it's on right now ). Oh and The Apprentice, but I wouldn't call that crappy.

This series only stated last week so it's yet to get going... and the candidates seem... I dunno... a little different this year. Much younger, less 'corporate'. Alan Sugar (our equivalent of Donald Trump) is amazing.
