Did anyone have one of these?

I still make mixtapes. confused

Nowhere near as often as I used to, but I find it fun. smile

I made one last year giggle It was great!

Also, because my CD player has been broken for about 2 years, and I can only play CDs in my laptop, which isn't always on. Tapes are always ready! woot!

Your CD player has been broken for two years?!? I couldn't deal with that. My refrigerator might as well be broken for two years.

I used to hate mis-timing the commercial breaks and ending up with parts of the DJ's super-hyped ass on my tapes.... doh!

Rewind, start again! lol

I remember I always, always had a tape in the player waiting to press record if a favourite song came on....i still kinda wish for that when I hear a good song now actually!

eek ...you still get good songs on the radio??? The only thing we get out here are two top 40 crap stations.....GAWD, I can't wait to get somewhere with a good college station.....pout

boxed I know, its a disgrace! And dont be mistaken, I am a person who listens to music 24/7! But I had my ipod all that time, a cable to connect it to my stereo speakers, and a lot of vinyl. And laptop. So I have dealt with it!

You know how they say dont move your stereo when theres CDs in it, but you do it anyway, cause you've done it before (you think) and what can it hurt. Well dont! My laser is disaligned, and it makes the most ugly noise when it tries to spin. I just cant afford to get it fixed! lol

Not often shrug But I dont know what it is, I have always loved a wide variety of music, and usually not what is generally on the radio, but for some reason I have always, always listened to the radio, every morning, every evening. I think its more the random/I cant control songs, and the people talking neutral

This brings back alot of good memories..

The Scotchmans Drive In. Complete with car hops..

We would cruise downtown, then go to the Scotchman for a horrible burger, fries, and a cinnamon coke... This was the place to be for us teens.
