Now I am on a extended hold.....omg, when I had aol and cancelled they were AWFUL!!! I kept asking for a supervisor cause he wouldn't just cancel my service and he wouldn't even transfer me to a supervisor. I was on the phone with them for over half an hour just to cancel my service. |
