It just came out this week, after a LONG wait!

I got mine yesterday. The packaging isn't quite as lush as Season One, though at least they kept the box design consistent with the first one.

Also, there aren't as many great extras as in the first box, but the menu design is fun and the episodes look and sound great. I'm a little less geeked than I was with the last box set, but I'm still pretty damn excited to FINALLY have season two.

Anyone else get this?

I didn't bother buying season one till I could get season two.

this season has one of my favorite twin peaks moments - when cooper and harry are visiting the girl in the hospital and they take like three minutes trying to figure out how to adjust the stools in the hospital room. SO stupid.

There is no third season I'm aware of. If there is, it was only aired and never released again, that's all that got me confused.

I have to wait. I want it SO bad. I can afford it, but I have 2 other big purchases in the next week or so...and until I get them, I am not allowing myself to buy TP season 2.

There is slight talk that the whole shebang might get re-released this X-Mas. One would hope with the pilot and with more extras. But as with the Pee-wee sets I aint holding my breath. TP will no doubt be a HUGE HUGE seller as everyone is waiting for this to come out.

My buddy who loaned me all the VHS tapes and has yearly viewings was waiting unitl the whole thing was released to get them both. I thin TP was released on Video in 2001...almost 6 years ago. And because of ALL of the legal issues over who owned what, only one release happened. It's basically like the Gold Experience of DVD's

hell, i found a non-super-expensive copy of gold experience used in iceland.
