Freedom Of Information act This is really a question for UK orgers. Does any knowledgeable individual know where i stand legally if wish to obtain a copy of, or at minimum, a viewing of a security tape from a premises where it has been suggested i was on a particular time/day.
How would i go about this? Any help would be truly appreciated.

Good question, no idea.
The tape is the property of the premises, if you approach them they may let you see it. I guess it depends what you want it for..Legally I dont think you have a right to see it. But ask a lawyer. ... [Edited 4/2/07 10:17am]

To cut a long story short. somebody has used my membership to gain access to a private members club and then attempted to commit credit card fraud inside. Hence, i went to the club last night and was informed that 'I' was no longer allowed in. So i hoped to obtain the camera footage as i believe i know who has done it. i think i need a criminal lawyer
