Hey! I have just discovered a way to make *the* perfect mashed potato. Instead of boiling the potatoes - which can sometimes mean that they're overcooked and can soak up too much water - scrub the potatoes, leave them unpeeled and either put them in the oven for around 30/40 minutes or in the microwave for around 15 minutes. Then, slice them in half, scoop out the insides using a spoon, add milk/butter/pepper (if you like those) and... voila! Perfect mashed potato! Try it.

I can cook: 1) Larp Chicken (Thai chicken dish with lemon grass and a few other spices) 2) Basil Chicken or Shrimp (Thai Dish with Chicken, Holly Basil, and peppers) 3) Panang Curry Dish (Basically Red Curry, peneat suace, and spices with any meat) 4) Traditional Fish Tacos with cilanthro 5) Stir Fried Veggies & Tofu in black bean sauce 6) Curry Chicken (Jamaican style with bay leaves, slow simmered with bone-in) 7) Veggie & Basil Pizza 8) Thai soft spring roll wraps. COME OVER. Shit. I like spicy food. I love cooking. I think it's an attractive feature in people, specifically women. (no--I'm not being a chauvinist:roll: )

and give me a jar of trader joe korma/curry/thai sauce and i can whip up a super yummy dinner, usually with lots of leftovers. i guess i'm not a horrible cook. just not a great one. Yes, I can do any kind of stir fry too. That's about all I eat anyway. |

Well mine is not really cooking but I love having shrimp coctails. Shrimp, coctail juice, tomato, cilantro, lemon, avacado, onion, cucumber and some hot sauce, they are so good. Rhythm floods my heart♥The melody it feeds my soul

Golly Gee Willikers, some of ya'll can really burn something spectacular. I would like that shrimp cocktail and baked potatoes as appetizers, one of Dan's Thai food dishes, whichever one is spiciest, as the main course, an one of Mach's pies for desert. Maybe Natisse and Anx could get together to make a mean breakfast the next day. We could use sure things hams for the omlettes. The rest of you we could make a buffet style feast, with Carrie in Charge of the vegatarian stuff and Retina in charge of the grizzled stuff. :This shit tis making me hungry I gotta cook!lol: Carpenters bend wood, fletchers bend arrows, wise men fashion themselves.
