So, as I'm sure some of you have noticed......

I am getting pretty pudgey.

I think it's due to being tired all the time now that I have to drive hubby back and forth to work all the time.

And when I'm exhausted I don't give a shit and just grab anything in site and chow down.

So is there any kind of thing I can do to be untired.

Not pills or anything like that.

Like a drink or an eessential oil or something like that?

Ylang Ylang??

I am lacking these.

Especially the sleep after last nites bed hopping excursion.

We had a big thunder storm and the power went out and both kids weren't having it.

I spent the nite in between toddler bed, single bed, and 4 people in the quenn bed. lol

In aromatherapy, ylang ylang evokes feelings of deep, languid calm that melt away anxiety, tension and stress.

My homeopathic doctor suggested I have a piece of 9 grain toast every morning with a tablespoon of coconut oil solids spread on it like butter (yum!).

Coconut oil solids are good for your skin, hair, and supposedly also energizing.

You can also literally apply it to your skin as a moisturizer if you want.

So am I.

Unfortunately, other than starvation or puking, there is no easy way to the Land of Skinniness. sad

Do yoga, it will help get off that pudge and will probably help you relax and rest better.
