Anyways.

So my week has been awfully busy. Some of you might remember I started a new job a month ago and this week was month end, always a stressful thing when you work in finance.

My job is one I have to fill out myself, as there is no one to teach me thre ropes, which is weird at times, and othertimes I canuse it to my advantage.

The hardest part is not the actual work, but the managing of the seven people in my team; wow, being a manager is... well, what canI say? It is a fulltime job, next to getting things done.

So I deserved my coffee.

This week I read two books in transit; I am on a mad re-reading scheme of Terry Pratchett books. I did Equal Rites, Mort, Interesting Times, Maskerade. RIght now I am going through Witches Abroad.
For you who do not know Terry Pratchett, he writes like a member of Monty Phyton and takes on a fantasy world where recurring characters steal my heart every time.
My favourite characters are Sam Vimes, Death and Esmeralda Weatherwax. And Cut Me Own Throath Dibbler, of course.

Today; coffee with Angelique. Anna's birthday in Nieuw Loosdrecht. I bought her a xylophone. Then coffee at my brother's in Bussum. Then I was supposedto go out, but I think I am tired when I return.

i'm actually on my second pot of yerba mate this morning. it takes a while to kick in, but when it does i'll have energy out the wazoo and i'll be as regular as a norah jones album because mate opens me up like hoover dam.
