What can you cook best?

Everyone has at least one thing they can cook well whether its a family recipe, hamburger helper, or top ramen. What do you cook well? For me its 4 things, Chicken Parmesan Pasta (made it today), Denver Omlettes (a hellaciously apetizing omlet) Porterhouse Steaks, and Fish & Chips.

Carpenters bend wood, fletchers bend arrows, wise men fashion themselves.

That's really the kind of food I normally go for too. Sturdy and straightforward but with enough finesse to make it interesting. thumbs up!

I'm not so much a good cook as good at putting things together. lol

I put together a very, very yummy asian-y salad.
I make a couple of decent thai noodle dishes (with a little help, not entirely from "scratch").

oh, i can make a mean stir-fry, pretty much from scratch.

and give me a jar of trader joe korma/curry/thai sauce and i can whip up a super yummy dinner, usually with lots of leftovers. biggrin

i guess i'm not a horrible cook. just not a great one. shrug
