Not always. There are medications/conditions that cause erectile dysfunction which don't respond to Viagra. Prostatectomies can cause impotence which isn't cured by meds.
Implants have been around for years and are great for young men with spinal cord injury.
It's a great drug for healthy older men. Unfortunately, as we age, cardiac disease,hypertension (and the meds to treat those), diabetes, can develope. If you take a beta-blocker, Viagra isn't a cure-all.
