28 March 2007:

6 to 7:30 AM: 30 minutes on the elliptical machine, level 15, Hill plus program, followed by very intense weight lifting routine (shoulder/back workout)
(supplementation: CLA/GLA/ALA stack=11 caps;GAKIC/LEUKIC stack=14 caps)

Breakfast: 2 egg whites w/2 eggs over easy; oatmeal; 6oz coffee; water
(supplementation: multivitamin=1 cap; Lipo6 fat burner x 2)

Lunch: 1 3 oz packet of StarKist tuna; green tea

Dinner: 4 oz steak; green salad w/tomato, black olives, and olive oil; bowl of soup

Gotta stay fit, ya know???

breakfast:
carrot muffin
tea with milk

lunch:
tuna on whole grain croissant ( redface ) with onion and lettuce
small serving of cantelope, strawberries and pineapple pieces
water

Dinner is veggie chick patty parmesan!

Parmesan chick patty w/1 serving of pasta and bergundy marinara sauce with some added fresh veggies Under 500 calories!!

I was going to have a glass of wine with dinner but I'm realizing that I do still eat a lot. confused

i heard "you belong to the city" on the muzak at the grocery store a bit ago and now it's stuck in my head and driving me crazy. i really must have pizza and little debbies before i go insane forever. HELP!

if the night before was pizza night, the next day for me is often 3 meals of pizza biggrin
