Food Diary Lets all keep a food diary to help eachother lose weight.
Okay. I'll go first. ME: 4-28 : An Orange. A little bit of Chilli (I feel so bloated and ashamed now) . | |

28th March Breaky - granary toast (2 slices) with flora and honey. Lunch - cheese on toast (1 slice) Dinner - prawn and veggie stir fry with noodles. And coming up - cup of tea with half a spoon of sugar. Yum. | |

I put them in absolutely everything. I carry around listerine strips everywhere I go, though, too. |

I've had mild TMJ in the past and I clench my jaw at night so it's really quite bad for me. I get a sore jaw very easily. |
