Food Diary

Lets all keep a food diary to help eachother lose weight.


Okay.


I'll go first.


ME: 4-28 :

An Orange.

A little bit of Chilli (I feel so bloated and ashamed now) .

O.K - this will make you feel better.

28th March

Breaky - granary toast (2 slices) with flora and honey.
Lunch - cheese on toast (1 slice)
Dinner - prawn and veggie stir fry with noodles.

And coming up - cup of tea with half a spoon of sugar.

Yum.

small serving of cantelope, strawberries and pineapple pieces

I haven't eaten anything today, yet.
I can tell you what I had last night though. McDonald's Big Extra meal and Assorted Cold Cuts sandwich, with a large coke. biggrin

They melt in your mouth.

And I can't chew gum. I've had mild TMJ in the past and I clench my jaw at night so it's really quite bad for me. I get a sore jaw very easily.
