Okay, my last day at a property that was sold I help out with the leasing at three properties, well, because I'm a salesperson supreme....one of them sold and is closing on Monday.
I have to work at this property today, and I don't want to help the new company. What should I do? Slack all day and laugh, or rent the crap out of it? It does my company no benefit, so why should I care? This property will NOT rent as much without me there, not bragging, it's a fact. The fact that I have to work on Saturday sucks anyway.....I should be taking a shower right now. Should I slack? What are they gonna do, fire me?  | |

Good Job though. Your so businessy! hahaha those poor schmuck that live there. They don't know what's about to happen. They're going to kick everyone out in blocks of 15 to gut out the remodels we did, just so they can remodel again. What a waste of resources! My boss doesn't even want me to tell anyone I'm leaving because it will create a panic. Little do they know that I've already directed people to my property in Menlo Park. hehehe | |

Rent the mess out of it, until you leave.
People will remember that you did such on a day when you could have slacked. That will pay off for you, down the road. | |

It's good PR for yourself. You never know, later on down the road, the company could give you a good reference. | |
