Chris Rock Always one of my Favorite Saturday Night Live performers. His skits are truly funny and wild. He doesn't care if he's Racy or Controversial. His HBO The Chris Rock Show had Prince on it doing Face Down and Boy was that Great! Prince did a great Interview and Prince was Funky and Wild as Hell. Chris also had a funny skit on the JWs and how they always ring your bell,but if you go to their building they never answer theirs. My Props to Chris Rock for being funny and hey anybody care to comment on Prince doing Face Down? Anybody attend the taping? | |

His Bring The pain was and is classic. The shit. His recent Output of movies are blah but I love his stand up. I have his vol2 HBO CR Show Best Of and I love it. I need Vol.1 and BTP on dvd now. "Climb in my fur." | |

I like Chris Rock...but I also love the shows Tommy Davidson did back in the day...the ones that were aired on Comedy Central.  2 bad Tommy can't get any decent movie roles..he's stuck doing tv commercials.  | |

A Lucky Cat IMHO.I think He is alot like Eminem in that He is Funny to a certain extinct,Charming&has a quick Wit about Him.but the Guy Can't Carry a Film to save His Life IMHO.His TV Show got Canned&He wasn't even the funniest Person on the Show Wanda was to me.truth be told Bill Maher saved Chris Rock's Career by having Him as a Political reporter back during the 96 election."Bring The Pain" Had Moments but for all the Hype He has gotten where does He fit? He can't hang with Chris Tucker who is still sadly a 2nd Tier Eddie knock Off,Rock can't hang with Cedric the Entertainer,Steve Harvey,Bernie Mac nor Martin Lawrence.in fact if Martin Lawrence added some of what Chris Rock Does he would put Him out of work IMHO.Chris Rock like so many of the SNL Cast after 1988 onward is a Overrated Cat.Miek Meyer is far funnier than Chris Rock IMHO.until Chris Rock can Carry a Film I ain't even gonna watch.He is cool with Quips&one-liners but then again So is Rodney Dangerfield&Rodney is far more Interesting than Chris ROck IMHO. mistermaxxx | |

Anywho, I can't remember him asking to lick the bone, but I remember he ordered ONE rib. It was in the movie I'm Gonna Get You Sucka. I don't think I could take too much Chris Rock doing stand-up. His voice grates on me.  This post not for the wimp contingent. All whiny wusses avert your eyes. | |

Not EVERY comedian is going to have natural acting ability. Many of them do, but Chris is one that needs to work on it & get some acting lessons if he plans to continue in film. Don't blame him, blame the directors who keep casting him. His TV Show got Canned
No, he stopped the show b/c he didn't want it start sucking since his best writers were taking other gigs. Plus they were his friends & the show wasn't as fun to do anymore (he said this in an Oprah intv). &He wasn't even the funniest Person on the Show Wanda was to me.
