Next time you're in Mpls we'll get one. lol

Actually two, cause there are 2 different ones that I can't ever decide which I prefer. One uses sweet potatoes and other root vegetables and the other is more of a garlic mash kinda thing.

Both are sooooo yummy!!

I only eat them about once a year or so. And usually only in fall/winter. It's starch and carbs galore! lol Once slice is a meal!

lol

Here's the garlic mashed potato one:

Savory baby reds mashed with garlic butter topped with extra tomatoes, fresh green onions and feta cheese
(no mozzarella or red sauce).

here's another from the same place that is a baked potato pizza:

We smother our pizza crust in buttery-garlic baby red mashed potatoes and top it with broccoli, fresh-diced tomatoes, cheddar cheese and a sprinkle of smoked apple hickory bacon - served with a side of sour cream.

The other one (from a local organic co-op-y cafe place) has a potato and yam mash with garlic oil as the base then throws broccoli, red onion and either their "gold uncheese" (for vegans) or white cheddar on top.

drool

Now I'm sooooo hungry!!

I'm on the early shift which means waking up in a flap, running around like a headless chicken and getting to work barely on time. Breakfast? No chance. lol

I've been eating the chorizo salad rolls that I made for myself (feeling really bloated now) and just chomped on a Kit Kat. Healthy. geek
