PrintableAbsolutely  ...and it's a beautiful thing IMO. in some instances there may not be that mutual connection (and I mean that in a platonic way only, btw...) but there are a small number of people that I'm absolutely drawn to and love with all my heart

But I do believe that you (your psyche) either consciously or unconsciously controls (moderates) any connection. Some people are more open or exposed to this than others, some choose to embrace or avoid such connections.
