Org beauty secrets!

What are your beauty secrets? Dying your hair? Stuffing the bra or else?
Make up? Tanning? Work out? What?
I really like spicy food. I mostly put Jalapenos on a lot of my food.

Before you shave your face, wash and rinse it with very warm water smile
After you've swooshed that last stroke, wash your face with warm water again but here's the science bit... now repeat the washing and rinsing with dead COLD water! biggrin

For me, they have....I've used a lot of Loreal products...I also used some products from Israel (AHAVA), made from Dead Sea mud and salts, that are the absolute BEST stuff money can buy IMHO....but I'm really into maintaining age appropriate looks because in the military, its just as easy for a 40 year old like myself to look 50....nod

IMAGO!! Wait until you're in your 50's. You'll only come out at night??

My beauty program: Sunscreen. Most of my products have an SPF. Manicure, pedicure weekly (I do my own) Moisturize.
Exercise: run, swim laps, weight lifting. Before I swim laps, I wet my hair and put conditioner on, so my hair doesn't absorb chlorine.
Diet: I eat everything, drink plenty of H2O
Mind: read as much as I can, esp. history, philosophy, biographies, mostly nonfiction. Travel as often as I can.
Medical:get regular physicals, see a dentist every 8 months for teeth cleaning (I have insurance coverage through my employer), have a good plastic surgeon...
Body hair: wax legs, bikini, etc.
Am I leaving anything out??

You know Thailand offers very cheap tourism cosmetic surgery packages.

I think I'm going to get a few things done in the next couple of years over there. shrug

Loreal has the same ingredients as some of the more expensive products sold at dept. stores.
Loreal and Lancome are part of the same company and have the same ingredients in their products, with different prices. I read this in the WSJ awhile back and looked it up just now.

Anti-wrinkle creme. Even though I don't have wrinkles, it provides spf 15 protection, and it tightens the skin.

And now that I have eczema pissed , lots of Nivea body lotion.

i TOTALLY recommend this. i got back on the crossword wagon over the holidays and it keeps my mind sharp. i am doing NY Times puzzles, though i can only do the medium-hard puzzles. the super-hard friday puzzles are way out of my grasp.
