Seafood is my fav. I would never give it up. Just had lobster on the weekend with shrimp. It's probably my favorite meal. Too bad it's so expensive, otherwise I would be eating it more often. | |

Alright, I just bought a bag of orange roughy from Costco the other day. I'm not sure I can make a total switch (I'd like to in my mind, but come on!) but I'm oddly prepaired to do so anyway I just got my package from Stonewall Kitchen w/ the gourmet mustards, that's what I'm gonna dress the fish w/. Just bake it w/ a light coating on top.
