Since certain Orgers from the USA are coming to my home country this weekend I decided to make this thread just for fun.... Feel free to add your thoughts, pics, videos, whatever related to Iceland

I'll start off with two videos that highlight the Reykjavík nightlife

The first one features clips of Oprah being shocked by our sluttiness and Quentin Tarantino being thrilled by the nightlife... And it also features some slighty cocky lyrics in the background music :

The second one is made by German exchange students who I think I attended some classes with last semester at the uni.... It shows step-by-step how Icelanders party ... The video features clips of the local Oktoberfest (the pictures from the big tent) last year... That event was incredible btw, and the music is the most popular Icelandic song of 2006, "Barfly" by Jeff Who:

It is quite common... it's used for certain male-gender nouns and adjectives but not to the extent that particular Norwegian used it
