IMAGO!! Wait until you're in your 50's. You'll only come out at night??

My beauty program: Sunscreen. Most of my products have an SPF. Manicure, pedicure weekly (I do my own) Moisturize.
Exercise: run, swim laps, weight lifting. Before I swim laps, I wet my hair and put conditioner on, so my hair doesn't absorb chlorine.
Diet: I eat everything, drink plenty of H2O
Mind: read as much as I can, esp. history, philosophy, biographies, mostly nonfiction. Travel as often as I can.
Medical:get regular physicals, see a dentist every 8 months for teeth cleaning, have a good plastic surgeon...
Body hair: wax legs, bikini, etc.
Am I leaving anything out??

falloff

I think you covered the bases.

For men, as you age, you should cut your hair shorter. The thinner your hair, the better to keep it short. Short hair on older men makes it look thicker, and more textured (makes it look like a deliberate style instead of long stringy combover effects).

black eyeliner! woot! it's been my favorite thing ever since i was about 14.

I have black liquid liner from Chanel for night time, plus green, blue, brown, cobalt, silver, tiel, and grey eye liner pencils. Black eyeliner during the day can look too harsh for my job. Unless it's a pencil and smudged.

both pencil and liquid? lol i think i'm a bit addicted too.

I started with pencil, but use liquid almost exclusively now. Though I'll dabble back with pencil once in a while so I feel like I'm changing things up every now and again. lol
I've been wearing it so long, though, if I don't put it on friends and coworkers think I look tired and often ask, "Are you ok?" all day. neutral So I don't think I can ever stop wearing it now.

Loreal has the same ingredients as some of the more expensive products sold at dept. stores.
Loreal and Lancome are part of the same company and have the same ingredients in their products, with different prices. I read this in the WSJ awhile back and looked it up just now.
[Edited 3/25/07 16:49pm]

I got on the AHAVA products when I went to Israel in 2003....they are pricey as hell, but worth it....and I got on Loreal and some Clinique for Men products because the AHAVA isn't too easy to find in the states....

are you a commercial for SUAVE?

If the company approached me with price, terms, and conditions agreeable to both parties, sure, I could be. As long as I didn't have to use the product.....

NO! Never needed lipo. I still run, just 25-30 miles/week. I cross train. Better on the joints at my age.

I have really dry skin so I use coconut oil from time to time as a body moisturizer and it works wonders. I swear by hand cream, either Aveda or Estee Lauder, depending on my budget. Burts Bees cuticle cream, Cetaphil cleanser for my face, and I am also a slave to liquid eyeliner. My eyes disappear without it.

Oh and sometimes when my hair needs conditioning, I use olive oil and leave it on for a bit before shampooing.

For me I put some silk drops on my hair when it's damp before drying it. I use make up, but the natural make up look. Drink water, and I have never had a pimple. If I ever do get a pimple then it's like behind my ear or like on the edge of my hair line so you can't see it! Ive' only gotten four pimples in the last years.
I really like spicy food. I mostly put Jalapenos on a lot of my food.

Doing puzzles more challenging improves your knowledge. If you want to go to another level, you'll encounter difficulties. I read " Curious and Interesting Mathmatics" by David Wells. It was part history part formulas, some I understood. I'll have look at the NYT puzzles. I only get the Sunday edition.

Hell no! I'm a strict vegetarian, but I'll eat me some dairy product when the mood strikes.

And if I'm laying on a sofa and a cute Icelandic farmboy just so happens to want to feed me Slim Jims, well, it's not like I'm going to say no.
