Anyone bought those Storm or Ocean CD's? Anyone bought one of those storm or ocean cd's? They play nature sounds. Are those helpful? I really like spicy food. I mostly put Jalapenos on a lot of my food.

One of my ex's had the ocean cd, he fell asleep to it every night it seem to work for him. He said once that it helped him to relax and fall asleep. | |
