Dinner a nice glass of red wine and a pizza type dish I made
hand kneaded flax dough home made fresh pizza type sauce spinach browned fresh garlic, onions and red sweet peppers in olive oil slivered and chopped smoked ham swiss cheese  what's for dinner at your pad ...
my whole fam is gone and I am home alone for the moment which doesn't happen much at ALL for me ... I have a native drumming / flute CD playing | |

I have yoga tonight for 2 hours, so afterwards I will eat something like a small spinach salad, or a brothy soup and go to bed!

I intended to make a dish last night but ended up keeping everything separate:
sauteed eggplant w/ olive oil & garlic 
sauteed shrimp w/ lemon pepper 
asparagus
I was gonna put the asparagus & shrimp in a risotto & keep the eggplant on the side but I guess I was tired @ the end I'll have the same shit tonight, if I can stomach the shrimp    I never met you, but I LOVE you & I will forever!! Thank you for being YOU - my little Princey, the best to EVER do it | |
