I live two blocks away from their arena, but I really couldn't be arsed to go to a game. I'm more of a tennis man myself.

When I was growing up, the only thing I knew about Canada was that their national hockey team consists of foul-mouthed, rough-playing, temperamental, sore losers. Russia was generally considered Sweden's arch nemesis, but I personally always found much greater satisfaction in beating Canada. lol

These days my knowledge and opinion of Canada are completely different. I think it's one of the most sympathetic countries on this planet, which despite the feeble competition should be taken as a real compliment. thumbs up!

I'm making the trip to Toronto this weekend. Got some family business to do there. It had better not be snowing and stuff. I know it practically snows year round in Canada. Buffalo too.

If, by "practically year round" you mean "occasionally during the months of December, January, February and March", then - yes - that's a totally accurate statement. nod

Nothing on the ground right now.

Feel free to orgNote me if you want any recommendations for when you're in town.

Ha, I've honestly been to Toronto dozens of times. Even during the summer when it's actually HOT. Imagine that.

This family function might take up my whole weekend so no time to do much else, sadly. Thanks for offering though.
