photographers - your favorite online developer?

I was the "Official Photographer" at my sister-in-law's wedding last December and I'm thinking it's time to get these shots put to paper! As an experiment I sent these digital pics to Wal-Mart online, and I guess I wasn't surprised when they came back looking pretty so-so.

So I'm wondering - what's the best place to send digital photos that you want looking great? I'd like to keep them under 20c apiece if possible...

(btw my cameras were a Nikon D70 and Lumix DMZ-15)

I used Snapfish (I sent film, but they do digital also) with mixed results. Ritz Camera did a better job for a little more money.

Snapfish for digital has given me excellent results! Order just 10 and give it a shot.

Yeah, I'd think for digital it's worth it. You can always print it somewhere else if it doesn't work. I think maybe they're really meant for digital, anyway.

I think you are right... and I agree that Ritz does a great job with 35mm.

thanks for your thoughts everybody. I'm going to try those places and also www.winkflash.com which "won" a review showdown set up by scrapjazz.com

they took first and naturally walmart took dead last. good thing I just spent $40 getting photos there! lol At least there's hope that my camera handling isn't entirely at fault
