He (we) WON !!! 
My dad just won the court case against him vs DSS - claiming neglect/protective coustody. Mom will be allowed to stay with us and the lawyers and judge ruled the case closed and dismissed and that we do care for mom in an excellent fashion 
OMG... THANK YOU to those that supported me and my family through this tough process !!  your thoughts, prayers and words of support meant so much
